Step 1-Photo/Product/Logo file/
Please send us the
information that you want to make: It can be an
image (the better resolution you sent us, the better design proof you
will get), it can be the logo file of your
company (logo vector file in format of AI or
CDR or EPS etc.), it can be a real sample of
your product (you can delivery to us the model or real product, of course this
product should not be very big), it can be some text to describe your idea. Step 2 We
provide design proof within 2 days
As soon as we get
your file/product/idea, our professional designer will start work on that and
we will provide you finished artwork in our standard format within 2 days. In our design proof you will see
the basic sketch of your customized
Step 3 Issue Purchase
Order to us and let's start action
After get your
approval of design proof or after get your formal Purchase Order, please
arrange 30% deposit and send us bank slip.
As soon as we get your deposit our professional tooling engineer will start
making 3D sketch drawing and design tooling accordingly. Step 4 Tooling and first
sample making
Tooling will be
finished within 3 days and we test tooling
several times till it is running perfect. Then we will make first sample to
check all the details, after carful quality check and tooling revise, we
finally get perfect product. Step 5 First sample
approval
When samples
ready, we normally take good photos of
sample from different angle of view and send customer email for get further
approval, if customer want to get real sample for checking by themselves. Fine, we will delivery
to customer by Fedex/UPS/DHL etc. And please
let us know the courier account No. Step 6 Choose package for
your order
We have different packing options for customer, please let us know
if you want to make gift box for your order, we will make recommendation to
you. All the gift boxes can be printed with
your logo and we can design and customized gift box for your when order
quantity is bigger than 1000pcs. Step 7 Arrange balance
payment/QC/Delivery
We will send
formal notification to you before goods production finished. Please arrange 70% balance payment and send us bank slip. After
receive your balance payment, we will arrange shipment under the shipping
guideline of customer. We normally use Fedex/DHL/UPS
etc. We will take shipping photos to customer and send tracking No. as well.
Our sales support team will keep you updated
with shipping status every day till the goods reach you smoothly.
